The single seed that fell to the ground and died in May 12, 2005, have produced way many more seeds throughout several years of EPCALM’s efforts of being the vehicle through which patients afflicted with leukemia experience God’s love and faithfulness. The Foundation has grown to be a bandwagon of families of patients, friends of friends, corporations, institutions and concerned citizens from all walks of life, with varying gifts, talents, expertise and resources to share, who have joined in and bonded together as a group and become what is now, Friends of EPCALM – a group of helping hands with a passion to care.

 

From a few people since the Friends of EPCALM was conceptualized in 2011, it has now grown to over 500 people who have one common goal in mind- to help adult leukemia patients in their journey through the disease.

 

The Friends of EPCALM meets annually every November during EPCALM's annual General Assembly and Board Meeting. This annual meet gathers together EPCALM's friends to thank them for their support and participation in its activities and event throughout the year, like family huddles, patient visitations, grief conferences, concert, fun runs, fund-raising campaigns, to name a few.
