Taking off from the Strategic Planning Session in November 2023, the EPCALM Team recently conducted a review of the identified Action Plans, as well as a Team Enhancement Session. These activities were designed to ensure that the Action Plans are robust, and the strategic directions lead toward achieving their desired goals.
The Action Plans will be regularly monitored in terms of actual implementation, using the Balanced Scorecard approach. This integrated activity was designed to yield multifaceted benefits for Team EPCALM. By combining the efforts to strengthen goal-setting with Team cohesion, EPCALM cultivate a unified vision within the Team, and ensured alignment of resources through the prioritization of tasks, and synchronization of efforts. The synergy between planning and Team dynamics helped enhance sustained productivity, and fortify the resilience of the organization.
Facilitated by Amor Curaming of the Center for Innovation, Change and Productivity (CICP), the teambuilding sessions focused on enhancing individual self-awareness and fostering team success. Attendees included the Directors of the Service Arms (Spiritual Care, Medical and Financial), as well as the support Programs (Outreach, Partnerships and Affiliations, and Advocacy and Public Awareness).
