October 10 of every year, World Mental Health Day is observed. This is to create awareness that aside from the common acquired non-communicable diseases that plague our society like diabetes, kidney, heart disease and cancer –

a looming global epidemic that doesn’t spare the Philippines is hitting us, especially our youth – mental health challenges and its devastating effect -suicide.

EPCALM ministries in partnership with the PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS (PCP), bring you:

Understanding Grief 6: Be the 1 to C.A.R.E. Beyond Mental Health Nov 28-29, 2019 at the Crowne Plaza, Ortigas


US and Philippine experts will come together and deal with depression and suicide prevention among others, through an internationally recognized curriculum on Mental health basic CARE and SafeTalk that would bring relevant topics to our awareness.


The certifying curriculum is designed for medical and paramedical personnel, psychiatrists, psychologists and allied services, support groups, school administrators and teachers and almost anyone who want to be educated and be part of a vital advocacy on mental health, to be helped and be able to help those in distress.


Each participant will receive: Certificate of course completion Certificate of attendance Conference kit Lunch, am pm snacks
